Project Overview & Objectives

Global Tourism is a vast and complex subject. My goal was to synthesize this complexity into a complete study guide that is not only informative but also provides an engaging and interactive user experience.

This project is primarily based on the foundational knowledge from two seminal texts:

To enrich the content further, information was meticulously gathered, translated, and synthesized from various international research journals, articles, and official UNWTO reports.

Key Features & Technical Implementation

This project emphasized both content quality and technical excellence. The web pages were developed using advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create a modern, user-centric experience.

• Interactive Full Book: A dynamic search filter, built with JavaScript, allows readers to instantly navigate to any chapter or topic. Custom infographics were designed to visualize complex concepts.
• Chapter Summary with Accordion: A user-friendly accordion layout organizes all chapter summaries, providing an optimal and clean reading experience on both mobile and desktop devices.
• Syllabus with Copy-to-Clipboard: For the convenience of students and educators, a JavaScript-powered "Copy" button was implemented to instantly copy the required course outline.
